Making Jesus Known - Serving Neighbours and Nations

Sundays

Sundays

Our main aim is to encounter God and learn how to follow Jesus better. During the service we want to express our passion and devotion to God, so people often pray or sing out loud, raise their hands and  tell us what they think God is saying to us as a community. We value stories so expect to hear what God is doing in people’s lives too.

Our meetings are relaxed, informal and contemporary in style. We love music, expression and learning about life from the Bible.

We normally meet from 10:30 am -12 pm.

First time?

Don’t panic! We’ve all had the ‘first Sunday in church’ experience and know what it’s like. No one is put under pressure to do anything they feel uncomfortable with, and you don’t need to know the songs or anything about the Bible to fit right in. If you’d like to know someone when you arrive, then contact our staff team in advance and they will meet you at the door!

For directions please see below, or visit our events page to find out about some of our other events at The Community Church. Our Sunday meetings start at 10:30 am.

Children & Teens

Children have their own activities during the morning service in our kids’ groups, which are designed for children aged 5 to 11 years old. For the 0’s to 4’s, there is a place where they can play with a parent present or just leaving your child with our team.

Secondary school-aged children are welcome to stay in the main service. We have a Friday evening gathering for the growing number of secondary school children among us. For further details about this please get in touch with us here.

The two groups serve a key role in our life together as a church family. We believe that people of all ages should have an opportunity to learn about God their own way in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
